The Coalition’s mission is to lead the nation in creating innovative, engaging and motivating environments in which students will thrive.

Participants are taken through a series of thought-provoking, interactive and emotional activities and workshops that stretch the imagination while identifying personal strengths and weaknesses to shape and enhance leadership skills.
. . . are middle school environments that address the unique learning styles of boys and girls, place an intensive emphasis on literacy and numeracy, and breed long-term meaningful relationships b/t students and adults.
. . . is a data-driven process that has transformed low-performing schools with diverse student populations into high-performing environments that embrace diversity, eliminate any achievement gaps, and builds leadership capacity by empowering staff to be part of the decision-making process.
