The Coalition’s mission is to boldly address the diverse needs of our schools by implementing innovative strategies in order to maximize the full potential of our children.
The Coalition’s goal is to increase the number of underrepresented students who receive a high school diploma, attend a postsecondary institution and graduate with a college degree.

The Faces of Change Student Leadership Conferences
have impacted the lives of over 10,000 5th grade, middle and high school students on college campuses over the last 3 years. The conferences provide the inspiration, motivation and information for our young people to dream and “do” bigger.
